First and foremost the staff is amazing! Rob, Ana, Antoni, thank you so much for your hospitality. The location is excellent: a 5-min walk from the ‘bus station’ and close to cafes and shops. The hostel is spotlessly clean. The bed, which comes with a locker, an individual light, a socket and curtains, was comfortable. I booked 2 nights but ended up staying for a week. Highly recommended!

We stayed for one night in a private double room with an en-suite bathroom. The room was clean and functional, and the bathroom seemed recently renovated. The overall vibe of the hostel was relaxed and welcoming. A big plus was the host, Haris – he was friendly and really helpful, even arranging our trip to Valbona, including the pickup, at no extra charge - even though we stayed for only one night. The location is convenient: it’s about a 10-minute walk to the small city center of Shkodra, which has a couple of pedestrian shopping streets. There are also supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner. Thanks again, Haris – much appreciated!

I've stayed in many hostels over the years; this one is among the best. The staff was courteous and polite; the common areas are well thought out and kept clean. I didn't rent a bicycle, but there were many on offer, and probably the best way to maneuver around Shkoder. The breakfast was an added bonus and was beyond expectations.
