The staff was very kind. Dr Vicky, if you're reading this, I loved talking to you. You were very helpful and kind. And you were right, I loved KL. The room was clean and well lit. The washrooms were fine with hot and cold water. There was a full dining area with snacks round the clock. A good terrace and rooftop. The location was good, very near to main attractions like night food market etc. Breakfast had good quantity and quality. Overall value for money.

The bed is clean and comfortable, and the room gets really cold. Facilities are nice and toilet and shower are clean. Lockers are placed outside of your room but still nearby.

It was so close to the beach and food stores. The place may not so extravaganza but their customer service is incomparable of 5 star hotel.

I liked how well maintained the rooms and facilities were. All the staff members were very friendly and polite. The lady on the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable, also could speak English very well which helped me at times. Good location next to the never sleeping Soi Buakhao, massage shops (one belongs to the hotel and has top thai massage therapists), street food all night and 7/11s. Staff is nice and helpful. 2 free water bottles every morning.
