The location is a 15-minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The house was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was stunningly beautiful, a wonderful old Japanese tea house. We were absolutely delighted. Not for those looking for a luxurious modern hotel, but absolutely perfect for us. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go, right next to Nara park, but not far from the station. Takashi, our host, was charming and spoke perfect English. He recommended where to go and returned to the house to show us how to turn the heating on when it got cold. We had a wonderful stay and we already miss it!
