Its a family run facility. David and his wife and son were very hospitable and helpful. The day we were going to Abu Simbel, David went to drop us at the main road at 4 am when we could easily walk there. Hostel was generally quite clean and nice. Private rooms were good too. Main road is walking distance where you can get conveyance. Also there are a number of restaurants and eatries nearby. Good value for money. Had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

Everything is perfect in this hostel !! The best view in Aswan, the experience on the island is perfect, the people are very friendly, it is the best place to sleep in Aswan. Such a wonderful host family, we felt very welcome and taken care of. The sunset views on the roof top were especially gorgeous. Great value for the rooms and home cooked meals.

The place is amazing, a fantastic location that is unparalleled in all of Aswan. The service is excellent. The reception is more than wonderful. The owner of the house pays attention to all the details. There is also a tuk-tuk in the hotel that you can use to take to the main street. I will come back again.
