The experience as a whole honestly. Since I was doing my reservation I was treated kindly, they were accommodating of my request for an after hours check-in and prepared everything in advanced, they also helped me book a taxi as I had to leave very early to catch a bus. Barbara and Carmen were Great, thanks so much!!!!

    Loved staying here. Super cute, cosy, clean. Very friendly staff. Amazing location, in the old town. No wonder it has got the title of best hostel in all of Germany from hostelworld several years.

    This hostel is super homey and warm. The staff are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable. The shared space is perfect for meeting new people, the space is so comfortable with ambient lighting. And there’s helpful tips pinned around the hostel, also very inclusive and multicultural.

    The hostel is very close to the main train station. The staff was very friendly and had lots of good tips. The lockers in the dorm are fine, and if you need it, you can borrow a padlock (with a small deposit). Every bed in the dorm had a nightlight and an extra socket (except the 1 bunk bed in the 6-bed dorm).

    EVERYTHING!!! I have never felt more safe and comfortable. the location was amazing, the staff are beautiful and so incredibly helpful. facilities were great with wifi, power plugs, tea/coffee, cereals and a incredibly homey living room. best hostel I have ever stayed at!!!
