The room is spacious and clean. It has everything you need. The water gets replenished and the room simply tidied up everyday. There's a kettle and paper cups in the room to make your own hot drinks or you can enjoy kungfu tea at the lobby. Ming was super helpful and nice. He has plenty of info, local advise and will provide a lot of support throughout the day even while you're out exploring.

Location, food and staff helpfulness!

A very good hotel, the location is very good, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the park entrance, the owner is omnipotent and can do anything for you, he used to be a tour guide for 10 years, he speaks very good English, helped us book tickets for the scenic area, recommended a very good tourist route for us, ralph is so professional, he and the staff are warm and hospitable, recommended delicious restaurants for us, provided us with laundry service, this is a hotel with great value for money, highly recommended to friends in need, I think I will come again.

This hostel is amazing! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hostel as a solo female traveler! The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful, which immediately put me at ease. It's truly excellent value for money. My bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. Having lockers inside the room was a huge plus for security and peace of mind. A really nice touch upon arrival was receiving shower gel, toilet paper, slippers, and a toothbrush – perfect when you're trying to pack light! What really stood out was their understanding of female travelers' needs. During an unexpected situation, I found myself without essential feminine hygiene products. I hesitantly asked a female staff member if they had any available for purchase or if she knew where I could get some nearby. To my immense relief and appreciation, she discreetly provided me with what I needed free of charge. Overall, I felt very safe, respected, and well taken care of here. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I recommend this hostel highly enough to other women traveling alone.

They have and excelent service, always very helpful. We love our stay. Si buscas el mejor lugar, este es. The owner help us with tickets for the parks and arrange a driver to pick as up at the airport, we definitely will recomend this hotel.
