All the site seeing activities were organised by Nergis and she kept us in loop all the time ensuring we do not have to worry about any activities. Thank you Nergis we had a fabulous time

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always available to solve any problem and make your stay better. The breakfast is really good, and the location is super good to go to Goreme city center and to see the balloons in the morning. We got balloons going over us in the hotel terrace. I recommend this place.
