Definitely worth it and good value for money. What you see it what you get. The photos describe the hotel perfectly! Thank you to Bernie and Janice for the warm stay, you feel at home with them! They gave us a real family feeling, no stress! The hotel is quietly located & the rooms are clean and spaceous. Everything you need is provided, there is a small fridge aswell. They maybe don’t appear as “new” but the room is comfortable and really clean! I think the best we’ve had in Philippines so far. They help you with activities and offer motorbike rental too.

This place was absolutely amazing getaway in Phillipines!! It was so clean, tranquil and relaxing! it didn't have any unwanted noise at night, room had sufficient ventilation and natural light. it really felt like a gem find in the Philippines! Location-wise, it's around a 10-minute scooter ride to local or the tourist town. which is the golden ticket for a tranquil experience! You would need a scooter if staying at this property, as it's not on the main road stretch. A small stretch of road leading to the property is a bit bumpy, but let's be real, most of the local roads are! So, please don't get tricked, as this is no different. staff were absolutely amazing in this place and helpful at each step. check-in and check-out procedures were very easy, even if we traveled at very awkward times (late evening and early morning). Very clean and renovated This accommodation is just a few steps from the water, where you can snorkel and swim! it's not a sandy beach, so make sure to bring your water shoes. they also have all equipment for rent, if needed. to be honest, the beach at this property was much better than the one in town, as it was private and had very clear water. I was able to spot starfish, sea urchins, and fish. We were also able to drive to Kawasan Waterfalls with the scooter (took around 40-60 minutes one way from this property). a really worthwhile journey to take (make sure to leave early to avoid crows, open hours are 5 am-3 pm)! If making the journey yourself, don't go directly into the waterfall to find the guide, instead, you need to make sure to stop at one of the stalls prior to the waterfall (I recommend the one in front of 7-11) and get a guide from there. if you arrive at the waterfall, you can visit only level 1, but not canyoneering. this property also offers tours to Kawasan Waterfalls if you prefer a group experience.

El hotel dispone de una zona de relax y de un comedor donde puedes coger agua y cafés gratuitos a cualquier hora del día. También sirven desayunos de 7-10h. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas, dando todas al jardín de este. El personal es muy amable. Te alquilan motos, te proporcionan taxis o tuktuk… Recomendable al 100%

El Roos Guesthouse se encuentra en Moalboal, a 300 metros de la playa de Panagsama, y ofrece jardín y terraza. También cuenta con bar y zona de estar/salón. Wonderful guesthouse! So very much worth the price! Such a great service and kindness of the staff! We got a welcome soft drink and explanations of the activities to do around. The accommodation was very clean. Hand soap and shower soap available. The breakfast is included and you can take it with no time limit! You have different choices and it is sooo delicious! My girlfriend had the best fried eggs ever. Coffea and tea for free all the time. They do the laundry at the hostel. The scooter we rented through the guesthouse was in good shape and good price. There was a handbook with explanations of how exactly to go to the next stop (ex: Siquijor) with durations and prices.

Its on the Ocean and the Host was such an amazing woman. She made sure I was comfortable, she cooked dinner for me on multiple nights and she has people that she would call to give me rides places and she was very knowledgeable about the area.

The host was very responsive. They refilled the water very fast when it was gone. They also recommended places to buy food. They also helped me buy some stuff as we were arriving late at night. We had such a beautiful time staying here for 3 days in Moalboal, very lovely owner she is super helpful booking us tours and is very kind lady the room and bathroom was very clean, comfortable bed, and have a ocean view from the property! amazing value for money. would definitely come back!! thank you :) the property is new and doesn’t show up on google maps yet but if you search Pescador View it’s right across
