Guests can relax in the shared lounge and use the free on-site parking. A free shuttle is available from JR Niseko Train Station, which is a 5-minute drive away. Everything! The lodge was super adorable and comfy and its located in the middle of Niseko which isnt far from the ski resorts (including Grand Hirafu). Location wise, it is also located a short walk away from the bus stop. Sayuri-san and her team were amazing hosts and we couldn't have asked for better! They had a courtesy shuttle that you can take in a cool van and to the train station if you ask. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the shared bathrooms and common areas were extremely well maintained. Breakfast is provided and there is also arestaurant attached to the lodge that has an amazing view of Mt.Yotei. This place is worth every penny and is a gem, so I hope you get to experience one of the coolest places in Niseko to stay in :) Thank you Sayuri-san and everyone for an unforgettable stay! We will definitely be back here if we are in Niseko!!

Pension New White Bear is located in the Hirafu district of Kutchan, 6.2 km from Lerch Memorial Park, 6.6 km from Lake Hangetsu Nature Park and 6.8 km from Asahigaoka Park. Providing free private parking, the 2-star guest house is 4.4 km from Hirafu Station. The accommodation provides a public bath, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Ika and her family were the best hosts I’ve ever had at any accomodation! There was a problem with the booked room’s door and without hesitation, we were upgraded at no extra cost for the entire duration of our stay. It was great getting to know the family during dinners in the communal dining area, and we were even offered a lift back to the welcome centre for our bus back to the airport. The location is also unbelievable - about a 10 minute walk to either the King or Ace gondola, and smack-bang in the centre of restaurants and food trucks. Definitely try the Hokkaido seafood soup curry that is literally right next door - one of the best things I had in Japan.

Rides to bus stop which is very convenient when you have luggages and you don’t want to drag around. Very friendly and helpful staff, I will def stay here if I ever go back to NISEKO

I really lucked out with my recent stay at Slope guesthouse. I mainly chose the accommodation based on the off-season price and the view of the beautiful mountain from the bedroom window, and since I'd been moving around quite a lot since coming to Japan, I decided to slow down and take advantage of the affordability by booking the guesthouse for 16 nights. Turns out, this was brilliant because not only is the guesthouse top-notch so far as accommodations go, but the host, Kimi, is a super nice guy who helped me plan my days and even drove me to several places that were more remote and not so easily accessible via public transportation. Slope is the perfect combination of a luxury private room and a welcoming shared facility where I made new friends from China and the Netherlands. So I had a very relaxing, but fun and interesting break for two-plus weeks in which I was spoiled by the most comfortable bed so I got plenty of rest, and when my time there was up, I felt kind of reluctant to move on. 🤷‍♀️

Superb location out it the countryside but not far from local attractions. Very quiet rural setting.

The location was perfect for driving to all of the resorts we wanted to visit but also close enough to Kutchan and Niseko for a short drive to ski and eat etc. The accommodation was perfectly clean and really large. Plenty of space for 7 adults and great facilities like a kitchen downstairs. The hosts were amazing, could not of been more helpful. They were always on hand to help and answer any questions. We opted in for breakfast a couple of mornings and dinner and both were delicious and very good value for money. We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the other activities like snow showing etc.

The guest house features family rooms. great staff and location. quiet and not in the hustle and bustle but still places to eat close by. and nice big wood stove to warm up by and little resturaunt/bar

Situated just 7.3 km from Niseko Station, Pension Cotton Farm features accommodation in Niseko with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as luggage storage space. Featuring free private parking, the 2-star guest house is 10 km from Hirafu Station. Guests can use the hot tub, or enjoy mountain views. I originally booked Pension Cotton Farm just as a convenient place near the ski resort, but it turned out to be so much more—I felt an overwhelming sense of warmth and happiness during my stay! The host is a friendly and cheerful woman who made my solo trip feel less lonely. She often chatted with me, sharing stories about her interests, work, and the local culture, making me feel completely at home. Her mother plays the piano in the lounge, her father crafts fishing tools in the workshop, and her sweet grandmother greets guests every morning with a gentle voice—small gestures that create a truly heartwarming atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the homemade fruit jam—I loved it so much that I even bought two jars to bring back to Taiwan! Their home-made fruit wine was also fantastic. I regret not trying more flavors—I should have had two different ones every day! The entire place is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, which is impressive for a wooden house. The bathroom was bright, pristine, and filled with Japanese charm, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Well situated in the Annupuri district of Niseko, Bistare Kana is set 9.4 km from Hirafu Station, 6.5 km from Niseko Station and 12 km from Lake Hangetsu Nature Park. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Shinsen Marsh is 17 km away and Asahigaoka Park is 17 km from the guest house. Host (Yama-san) was amazing, gave everyone updates on the snow conditions each morning and even drove us to the annupuri chairlift. The breakfast was delicious and different each morning. It felt like a very authentic experience and was excellent value for money. It is a quiet spot but that is exactly what I was hoping for and was made very welcome at all times. Very close to a nice onsen and the shuttle bus which made the location great.
