A recently renovated guest house in La Spezia and within less than 1 km of Castello San Giorgio, Lina Suites & Rooms has a garden, comfortable soundproof rooms and free WiFi. Super super clean room, large and very modern, exactly as per the photos or even better. We had room 4 with a small garden view. The bad is comfortable, and there are extra pillows if needed. The bathroom is exceptional, and the shower has good pressure, nice toiletries provided. Coffee machine with capsules + small snack + tea offered the 2 days stay + water for the first night. Every room has its entrance through the common area (large corridor), smells nice everywhere... Lina and her son Jorgen (speaks english) are very nice and helpful. They did the check-in and checkout in person, and we communicated with Google translate when needed with no issues. The location is great, 3 minutes from La Spezia train station and 5 minutes walking to downtown (restaurants), a very quiet area. They allowed us to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. Recommended 100%.

It was exactly as pictured, a simple and very comfortable room with an easy walk to the beach. We had a lovely stay. It was exceptionally clean and very good value for Monterosso and I would recommend it.

Beautiful views from the windows and balcony, and close to all the shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here. Really appreciated the mini fridge, espresso machine, and supplies. It was quite warm while we were there, so the A/C had to work hard, but it managed. Loved the updated bathroom and option for self-check-in!

Very pretty room, with all the necesary amenities (coffee, tea, water, even some small snacks). Good AC, comfortable bed, easy and nice comunication with the person in charge, i left my luggage there early before the check-in and also the next day after the check-out. From the train station it is a 12-15 min walk through the city center, on a pedestrian street full of restaurants, cafes and shops. Felt very safe
