Situated in Cannobio and only 17 km from Piazza Grande Locarno, Suite Arianna features accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. Massimo, Arianna and family arw amazing. They coordinated and accomodated our need for an early checkin. Communication is exceptional. This is a lovely well situated apartment in the heart of Cannobio. We did self checkin from a received video, which helped guide us through the necessary steps upon arrival. They greeted us before we departed from our short stay and their sincere warmth made us wish we could stay a bit longer and share a bit of time with them. The apartment is impeccably clean, thoughtfully/masterfully laid out and supplied with all you require in a beautiful compact space with solid fixtures and just super well appointed. We used the refrigerator to store some cheese we were transporting. There were two sparkling waters in the refrigerator provided gratis, which hit the spot upon arrival. There was coffee capsules for espresso, as well as a variety of teas. The place is compact, yet feels spacious. I could imagine staying here on business or on leisure. The hosts recommended some places to eat and we felt if we had the need that they were always there for us. Understated, yet classic Italian warmth and hospitality. Modern ammenities in a historic Cannobio building with a shared and gated/enclosed courtyard area for those that want to take in the nearby outdoors in nice weather. Highly recommended for so very many reasons! Book with confidence and stay in beautiful Cannobio longer than we did. Among the very best in its class! Enjoy!!!

Set in Arona, 25 km from Borromean Islands, Affittacamere La Quiete offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The apartment was lovely, well (and seemed newly) equipped and very clean, we liked the balcony. Tatiana, the host, and her husband were kind and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough.

Not touristic and situated in the middle of the residential area.by car, good access to good local bakeries and nice cafes

Situated within 9 km of Borromean Islands and 49 km of Piazza Grande Locarno, Villa Mariel Lago Maggiore features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Gravellona Toce. Amazing place close to Lago d'Orta and Lago Maggiore - private property with real Italian hospitality; very nice home made dinner, very nice breakfast, and heartfelt evening conversations in the garden with a glas of wine. (Bonus - there is a super cute dog that loves cuddles!). Overall just amazing attitude and perfect service of the hosts. I felt very welcome.

Al San Michele features rooms in Stresa. It is set 1.8 km from Borromean Islands and offers free WiFi plus luggage storage space. Breakfast was great, staff friendly, and location fantastic, in the heart of Stresa. Close to the lake, ferry, and downtown. Very walkable location. Only a half of a block to everything.

DIMORA SCURONE in Cannobio provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a bar. Wonderful location, we loved the hotel and the family who run the hotel were wonderful and friendly! The breakfast was AMAZING!

Located in Stresa, 4 km from Borromean Islands, Casa Rampolina provides accommodation with a sauna, a hot tub and a solarium. The property features lake views. We loved our stay at Casa Rampolina. Federica and Denise made us feel welcome from the first minute onwards and made sure we had everything we needed. We have not experienced such hospitality in a long time. The place is so beautiful. The room was modern, yet cozy and had the most stunning views! Loved the eye for detail in every corner of the place. Breakfast was amazing - delicious food with the beautiful view from our room. Same goes for the restaurant, La Rampolina - if you get the chance you should try it! It was a perfect experience and we are planning on staying there again!

Featuring a garden, shared lounge and views of garden, IL CILIEGIO Affittacamere is situated in Stresa, less than 1 km from Borromean Islands. Lovely spot, large room with large bathroom. Private parking. Luca is very helpful and so kind. I will come back . You do not hear the trains at all at night so that is not correct what is written on some of the reviews.
