Excellent location in allepey - peaceful, right next to a canal in the front and garden and rice fields in the back. New spotless house. The room had quality insect protection. There was a balcony with comfortable armchairs. The owners were so nice! And the food! Very good breakfast and absolutely delicious kerala dinner. Many different little dishes beautifully presented. The lady of the house could easily run a high class restaurant!

En la habitación hay cafetera para preparar té. El principal problema es el acceso a través de unas escaleras no muy anchas. Es un problema que han de tener muy en cuenta personas con problemas de movilidad. La ubicación es buena. La mayoría de las cosas que hay que ver en Fort Cochi están cerca. Se puede ir a pie o, como mucho, están a 10 minutos de tuck tuck.

In short, the perfect spot to recharge before diving back into colorful, bustling India. P.S. Asfal also helped us with the next leg of our trip. He arranged a taxi driver to take us to the Alleppey, and along the way shared lots about the history of Kerala and India, tea plantations, and Hinduism. We made several stops and got to try local sweets – highly recommended!
