This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. I stayed for just one night here as I was off to climb Rinjani the next morning - so I just needed a comfortable bed/room, and as for the rest - ask and you shall be given (usually). Agung and Tina were kind enough to lend me their travel adapter, and Tina even made me a herbal drink to help settle my tummy before the climb. And the 3 kids of course, what a delight to see them running around! And breakfast was right on the dot, needless to mention delicious :)

At the homestay, each unit includes bed linen and towels. The room was spacious and clean. The owner and staff were very nice and always tried their best to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. They also gave us the best iced tea on the island! I also liked that they had a water dispenser instead of plastic bottled water which is better for the environment.

I stayed at Tatasya Homestay in Senaru and they were incredible from start to finish. They helped me plan and execute my Mount Rinjani trek and made everything smooth and stress-free. They held my bags while I hiked, arranged a car ride to Kuta after my trek, and even welcomed me back with fresh coconuts. After the hike, they let me shower and rest in a room before heading out, which was such a blessing after three days in the mountains. The hospitality here is top-notch, super warm, helpful, and kind people. That alone makes this place worth staying at. One small downside was that they didn’t mention the hot springs wouldn’t be hot because the lake was too high during rainy season. Also, I did the 3-day/2-night trek, and while it was beautiful, it was pretty brutal. On the second day, you summit at sunrise, hike down to the lake, then up the other side of the crater, it’s a really tough push. I’m not sure the extra day is worth it unless you’re super set on seeing the lake. If you're looking for value and a challenging but more manageable hike, the 2-day/1-night trek might be the better choice. Overall though, I 100% recommend Tatasya Homestay if you're heading to Rinjani. They took such good care of me, and I’m grateful for everything they did.

Boasting a garden and views of river, Stay Together is a recently renovated homestay situated in Tetebatu, 13 km from Tetebatu Monkey Forest. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The house has 2 rooms and a nice garden. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a great dinner prepared by them and a delicious breakfast. the owners are very friendly and we totally recommend this place.

At the homestay, all units come with a desk. There is a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a hair dryer in each unit, along with free toiletries. At the homestay, the units come with bed linen and towels. We have stayed at Aulia 2 nights. The place is out of this world, you feel yourself emerged in nature with all the rice fields in front of our room (strongly recommend bringing some ear plugs if you sleep light (the rice fields are very alive at night). The stuff were very friendly and helpful, they helped us arranged day tour and transportation. The food was so delicious.

It was really nice to get to know the family as they all are very kind hearted. We enjoyed a walking tour around the local area and visiting the waterfalls. The food was also very very good! We can't wait to come back one day!!

Semporonan Waterfall is 11 km from the homestay and Benang Kelambu Waterfall is 18 km away. Beautiful location and room with comfortable bed. Incredible views all around. The staff are kind and welcoming. Very helpful and personally took me around to all of the sights. I only had 2 nights but could easily spend more time here as there is a lot to see. And also it is very nice just to relax in the gorgeous surroundings. Peaceful and quiet. I ate every meal at the restaurant and was very happy with the good quality local food. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

I wanted something local, and ended up planning a full day with Yousef. Every cent was worth it — without them, you wouldn’t see all this. No pressure, just joy The best part is that he takes you everywhere without pushing you to buy or do anything. Unlike some guides, there’s zero pressure — that alone deserves a 10+! You’re greeted with open arms from the very start. I can’t emphasize enough how truly welcome you feel. We explored rice fields, saw monkeys, did motocross, joined a bamboo workshop, visited multiple waterfalls… 100x thank you!!!
