XTen Guest House near Harbour Bay Batam, que se encuentra a 5 km de Centro comercial Nagoya Hill y a 17 km de Terminal internacional de ferris de Sekupang, ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y... Stayed at the guesthouse that really surprised me. It wasn’t much to look at from the outside, but inside, it was a gem. The staff were friendly, the room was cosy with a smart TV, and the bedding was comfy. For the price, I got way more than I expected, definitely worth the money considering the peak period. Was in Batam for a night transiting from Jakarta to Singapore; I wish I could stay longer. The guesthouse has no lift; might want to keep that in mind when booking. The surroundings have nothing much to offer except minimarts and a row of street food carts in the evening.

Modern, bright and smart TV are all pluses. The location is walking distance to a market, lots of coffeeshops, massage places, big food court and two malls.

The room so big even for 6 pax..will repeat this homestay if i come to Batam again..
