Galaxidaki is for us the absolutely best place to stay in Galaxidi. It is placed strategically in the liveliest location of the town, yet secluded enough to have peace and serenity. The rooms on the second floor have a stunning view on the city, parts of the pier, the opposite forest and the mountains in the far. Moreover, the rooms are very nicely decorated and equiped, clean, tidy and cozy. It was an absolute pleasure spending time there. The host cared about every little detail and left in the rooms materials on what to see in Galaxidi and the surrounding area. She even left complementary welcome gifts, which is realy heartwarming. The host was also very throughtful of our privacy regarding to agree on times when to refresh the bed sheets. To conclude, being experienced travellers in Greece, I would confidently say that Galaxidaki is among the best accomodations in the country, and would be happy to spend time there again.

The only thing more lovely than the breathtaking views is the hostess Zaphyra. She was so kind and welcoming! The place overlooks a beautiful view. It was clean and spacious. It is near the center of the city, close to the taverns, the bars and cafes so you don't have to move your car from the hotel's free parking area. It is also very close to the most important sightseeing's of the area. You can visit other cities or nice villages, the vagoneto museum, or the ski center on the mountain. It is an ideal choice for people that want to relax and enjoy the nature and activities, or just enjoy a weekend in the city of Amfikleia.
