The accommodation was clean, spacious, comfortable and smelled very nice; additionally the area where it is located is residential, very quiet, safe and beautiful, we will definitely stay here again when we return to London.

Host was great and provided a lot of good tips for local things to do. Location was convenient with bus stop just outside the apartment to take us to Surrey Quays or Canada Water stations. Room was clean and comfortable and ideal for a quick weekend trip.

I’m so glad I found this place! It’s cosy, clean and very quiet. The listing mentioned a private bath, but in reality, it’s a shared bath for two guests — however, it was always clean and convenient, so it wasn’t an issue at all. I enjoy my stay and next time I’m in London I won’t be looking for another place, I’ll stay at Alross. A cute little detail: on the first night of my stay a cat came to me and slept by my side the whole night. We became friends.

The apartment was very clean and communication was proactive and timely. The apartment was well equipped with anything we could think of. I can strongly recommend this apartment if you need to visit a conference at the ExCeL.
