This place was absolutely amazing, beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly quiet. Nestled deep in the jungle, it offers a true connection with nature. Exotic birds visit daily, and monkeys stop by, yet you still get the silence and serenity you might be looking for. It is so remote that you will need at least a scooter to get snacks, drinks, and other essentials. It is very private, so it has to be remote enough, but the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, so you might not even need to leave, though you definitely should, at least to explore. Each morning, you will be treated to a lovely breakfast with an amazing cup of coffee. I have been told that the main beach access has been closed by the owner, but do not worry, the staff has a secret ace up their sleeve. Just five minutes from the villas, there is a hidden private beach where you can have the entire place to yourself. Since this place is in the middle of the jungle, it requires constant maintenance. It is more like an ongoing repair cycle—by the time you finish repairing from point A to point Z, points A to D already need fixing again. That is just the nature of it, and honestly, there is nothing the owner could have done better than keeping up with this never-ending cycle of maintenance. Now, the best part of my stay was the people. I do not even want to call them staff because they are so much more than that. I would rather call them the Host-Family because they treat you like a long-lost relative visiting from abroad. They are the true highlight of this place, even more than the villas themselves. They completely respect your privacy, but if you are open to conversations, you will quickly see how warm and hospitable they truly are. Their kindness and interactions will make your stay unforgettable. Thank you all for these truly beautiful days. I will not provide names since I do not know if they would be okay with it, but you know who you are.

We were searching for a place to stay in the Datai area and discovered a hidden villa. With only four rooms, it offers a low-density atmosphere, ensuring a remarkable sense of privacy. The rooms overlook both the ocean and the jungle, and we had access to a private beach where we were the only ones there. While you can't access the beach directly from the villa, it's just a 3-minute drive to the other side of the hotel, as the hotel layout makes direct access a bit challenging. The beach was unquestionably superior to any others in Langkawi. We were genuinely surprised, as it exceeded all our expectations. Ken and Krisya were incredibly helpful. You truly have to experience it for yourself to understand how amazing this place is.

I love staying at places that provide home atmosphere and careens. Hosts, Didi and Nanthi, are very caring people. Didi gives a lot of information about things to see, places to eat, and activities to do. You do not spend your time to figure out what to do, you just do. That made our holidays fulfilled, so we could experience all the opportunities of Langkawi. We loved the place and we loved hosts. Real respect for making the best for the guests!

We were blessed to stay in this lodge. The room was super comfortable and the guests were very friendly and helpful. We had been for some time in Langkawi and stayed in a number of homestays in different parts of the islands. This place was definitely our favourite. Wish we could have stayed longer! Close to some great local restaurants, easy access the Cenang Beach and perfect to rent a scooter. Highly recommended!

Very good location, beautiful nature, animals (cats, monkeys, squirrels, dogs), quiet surroundings and nice atmosphere.

We loved the little secluded huts and the field with cows that would come overnight and leave in the day. It was nice and calm, which was a good break from the tourist packed beaches and perfect for a nice swim in the pool after a long day. The owner was the nicest woman and had the cutest cats. She was always ready to help us. She had excellent recommendations and told us stories about Langkawi’s history and legends, which only added to the magical feeling of this oasis. A lovely stay that made this trip so memorable!

Relaxed place for relaxed people. ;-) Booked 2 nights, stayed 1 month with my 2 years old daughter. We really love Kawah Padi Garden Villa and the people we met there! The bungalows are spacious, the Surroundings great. I liked the breakfast (Western Style Coffee!) a lot and it was so easy to get in contact with other people. Amazing Views. Just some restaurants in walking distance: 10-15 Minutes. (Check on the opening hours) You can Walk to the Museum of Kota Mahsouri and admire the old wooden Houses and buy Souvenirs right next to it. If you wanna discover beautiful Langkawi, it's easiest to Rent a Scooter with Them, there is No Public Transfer. But you can also Order Grab (that's What I did). You are located at the Heart of the Island - you will feel it as soon as you arrive at Kawah Padi Garden Villa. 😊

Great location, secluded but only a few minutes walk from great cafes and restaurants, (notably the outstanding Fat Cupid, tucked away 5 minutes walk, also exceptional). Great room, comfy bed, relatively simple and just what we wanted. Great small pool, everything very clean and well maintained. Outstanding friendly hosts delivered occasional treats including water melon by the pool and delicious home cooked local breakfast delicacies.

Everything. Good location. Nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen. Fridge had soft drinks and beer you could buy. A lovely touch. Fans & AC, television. I loved my outside terrace and spent a lot of time on it. Bed was comfortable.
