The hospitality was excellent, with good contact before the trip to Verona, and very much appreciated help and support when we arrived. The room was large, very nicely furnished, and was very comfortable. The bed was large, very comfortable and we were able to get our best sleep of our trip with the bed. The bathroom was roomy and very easy for both of us to use.

Room was very spacious and beautiful. You could see there was lots of thought put into what a traveller needs in the room. Nice location near the city centre but still not a loud area. Easy access with online check-in. Quite a pity to leave so soon. Will definitely stay here again if I ever come to Verona again.

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. Big spacious room and gorgeous decor. Additionally, the recommendations of things to do and places to eat provided by the host absolutely transformed our experience in Verona. We went to three of the recommended bars/restaurants and had incredible experiences at each, including possibly the best italian food we have ever eaten. We were very grateful for these tips from the host.

    Location is incredible, right next to the Arena. The beautiful city of Verona is so easy to get around, our favourite place in Italy. Great communication and we were allowed to leave our bags in the lobby before check in time so we could go sight seeing without our luggage. Great hosts and non-contact worked easily.

    Casa Esvael is a converted private home, in a dignified building in a street containing palazzi of great architectural value. It is comfortable and elegant, with antique furniture, but a splendidly modern bathroom. The gentleman (I presume the owner) who met me on arrival was very courteous.
