Everything. It’s one of the best and most comfortable accommodations in my past two months in India! Clean and spacious AC room, cute balcony, table and chair, clothes hangers and hooks, good wifi, quiet at night, short distance on foot to the churches and Karmali station. Didn’t mind the small bathroom, it’s clean and functional. The caretaker Bijay was friendly and attentive. Nice neighbourhood with a seriously good restaurant just downstairs.

The place is great to see the old churches in Old Goa. Quiet and safe location. Very friendly and helpful hosts who took good care of us. Roswald even took us out to experience a bit of nigh life in Panjim (within reach) with a friend, and that is of course a big bonus. Great laughs and good beer. Thanks!

The locality is so calm and peaceful and absolutely safe even to walk around all alone. The hosts are very sweet and helpful. Mr. John is a very kind and humble host and provides guidance about the places to eat, beaches and tourist attractions to visit, taxi and bike hiring - anything you ask ! His place feels just like home. They also have a very pretty and nicely maintained garden filled with a variety of flowering plants and trees.

Absolutely lovely and very clean historical place! Dinner and breakfast were on very high quality. The owner of the property took personally care of all guests, was very helpful and even showed places around, which you would normally not discover.

Villa Khatun Guesthouse made me feel at home. The house is well located, close to the city but quiet (you can hear the birds). The room was clean and tidy. There were complimentary tea, coffee, water bottles and biscuit packets :) Alim is a great host, helpful, friendly and have great recommendations. Don’t hesitate in booking this place. I recommend 100%!!
