The staff was great, super helpful and polite. The room was clean and comfy, cozy and very calm. The breakfast was great, everything was fresh and very tasty. Variety of choice and very good coffee. The location was an ideal, very enjoyable stay. - We needed to stay a bit longer due to a delay and they allowed us to do a late checkout for a very reasonable price. Great staff all-around, super active, helpful and lovely. Looking forward to the next one.

The Halo Hel is located in Hel, the town at the end of the Hel Peninsula, were the Puck Bay meets the Baltic Sea. It offers affordable rooms and a 24-hour front desk service. Perfect lokaction with parking . . I'm not demanding person but i paid 60 % of the price in similar hotel . . Coming from Slovenia and have room available when I arrive is also worth something . .

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English and German.

Horrible value for many. „Fitness centre” is a joke 40 years old machines that do not work. Food very average, horrible quality of towels, sheets and room items. Not worth the money.
