The property was really good and the staff was amazing. Sri was there for us all the time! We had an accident and she went directly to the pharmacy to get everything we needed. For the rest of our stay she had great recommendations and made reservations at restaurants, arranged taxi’s etc. She was positive all the time and we felt really welcome. We stayed 4 nights!

We had a large room and the pool at the front of the accommodation looking towards the beach. Plenty of comfortable deck chairs and shaded areas. Really lovely staff, the family run Bungalows made our stay so memorable in Nusa Lembongan. Great location on Jungutbatu Beach.

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! Gary went out of his way to help us organize excursions and transportation. He promptly replied to all our messages before we arrived, made sure there was a driver to greet us at the port and welcomed us very warmly when we arrived. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the infinity pool was stunning and our room was very comfortable and clean. The food was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hosts were very sweet. We needed to extend our stay for 1 day and they made it happen for us. They helped us book trips around lembongan and to neighboring islands. Breakfast was great, the location was pretty great as well, close to some of the coolest and most recommended restaurants. While we were walking around the island at some point we would walk through forest roads which was an exciting experience. Walking around late at night was very safe too. We definitely recommend The Lucky Cottage to solo travelers, couples, or a small family.
