We stayed in a spacious room, more like a studio, with comfortable beds. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The view from the room overlooked a serene stream and a meadow with sheep - absolutely idyllic. Although it’s located by a road, the traffic was so minimal that we slept with the windows open. Breakfast was a highlight. They brought us a basket filled with authentic local food, sourced from their own produce and their neighbour's’. Enjoying it outside while listening to the stream and watching the trees was a perfect start to the day. The hosts were wonderful - very welcoming and helpful. They provided a quick introduction at check-in, offering tips for daily trips and food recommendations, making it easy to plan even if you arrive without a set itinerary. You can tell this place was designed with care and attention to detail. It’s truly Slovenian hospitality at its finest!

Our hosts were super friendly, dinner and breakfast were stunningly good. Very strongly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! We were offered a delicious welcome drink on our arrival of a homemade blueberry liquor. The breakfast was outstanding, including jams, yogurt, honey, meats, and cheese made by the hosts themselves. They also offered a cooked portion of eggs and pancakes. The coffee station was outstanding. If I could have the breakfast every day, I would! You can also pay separately to eat here for dinner. The menu features local cuts of many meats and was also absolutely delicious. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. Even though I saw only the two owners while here, it was supremely clean throughout the place. The view of the river and surrounding area is lovely, and each room features a balcony. If you have the opportunity to stay here, I highly recommend you take advantage of it!

Nicely furnished, very rural charme yet comfortable and practical - ideal for getting away from offices and TV's and computers and mobile phones. The host was kind, the house is located in a quiet area, it has own parking spots, and there is a lot to explore nearby on foot. Also a shop and a few cafes and a restaurant is only a few minutes of walk away.

Really lovely hosts who were very helpful and friendly. The views from the chalet were breathtaking.

The food prepared here was amazing and definitely a highlight of our stay here. The staff as well were lovely and gave us good recommendations for what to do in the area.
