The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Eduardo and his parents were kind and gracious hosts. They went out of their way to make our check in, stay and visits to the vineyard as convenient as possible. Eduardo also especially arranged a pick up and drop to and from the Pinhao railway station as he was available at the time and at a minimal fee. The place was beautiful and clean. We got to taste the Portuguese traditional cuisine for dinner and breakfast was good with plenty of options at the buffet.

The property features river and city views, and is 14 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary. Natur Waterpark is 24 km from the bed and breakfast and Lamego Museum is 13 km away. Best location for the purpose of our trip - experiencing the historical train. The room was nice and comfortable, clean and well taken care of. Also close to so many lovely restaurants and the guesthouse has a cafe too. The staff were so lovely and nice too, very accommodating. Highly recommended.

What an amazing place and warm, wonderful hosts Paolo and Carla make you feel like old friends. Beware, booking.com's directions take you to the wrong house. Follow Google maps to Quinta da Menina Guest house instead and you won't get lost. The place seems brand new but charming. It's spotless and gorgeous. The pool is crystal clear and breakfast is fantastic. Don't make the mistake we made and only book one night. You are going to want to stay at this beautiful oasis and explore the wine area for, at least, a few days. I would have stayed forever if I could.

We sincerely recommend this place to anyone seeking a homely atmosphere and an unforgettable experience in the Douro Valley.

Wonderful guest house with all of the amenities you could ask for. Marco and Joana are friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. We can't recommend this accommodation more for a long weekend in the Douro Valley, off-street and secure parking was another huge bonus!

It was so good so after we left , we decided to go back and stay longer. Perfect by all means.
