The woman running the hostal is such a friendly person and very helpful. The room was cozy, clean, and warm. If we come back to Juliaca we will definitely stay at the Hostal Sumak’usi again!

The inn can conveniently provide information at the reception to help guests to get around the area. The room was comfortable and well decorated, everything was spotless and I slept very well. Vidal and Sonia were the most fantastic hosts. The highlight for me was getting to know them and their home. Vidal helped with mototaxi transfers to the other side of the island and Sonia cooked some glorious meals. They also brought a portable heater in case I got cold. Amazing views. Truly a wonderful place - I would highly recommend.

It is located 1.1 km from Plaza de Armas Puno and offers a concierge service. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. I had an injured ankle and they organised a doctor and nurse to come out. Our room was on the third floor and they brought me breakfast up to our room so I didn’t have to climb down the stairs. The room was very comfortable and clean.
