I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet retreat or looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

Beautiful room detached from the main house, quiet, spectacular view and a great host + a lovely little Schnauzer-dog. I only spent a night there but it is definitely a place I will remember.

This motel is super clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location close to the river. The small kitchen is well equipped and we loved the small treats left for us. Only 30 mins to Ohope Beach and even less to the Rotorua lakes. Highly recommend.
