This property is immaculately clean and well maintained. The owners and their lovely staff members are friendly, attentive, helpful, and efficient in their roles. We had an air-conditioned double ground floor room with two large windows and a good-sized ensuite, plus nice towels and sheets. A large indoor common area has a fridge we could use, and a very good breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace, with ocean views. Local ceramics placed around give it a personal feel. The taps and drains work, windows and drawers slide, the floors are clean enough to walk barefoot inside and out. The many pot plants are watered and healthy. It's a short walk to the beach, cafes, shops and restaurants.

Very clean and nicely decorated, with lots of hot water and comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen and a pretty garden for sitting outside. In a safe, quiet area close to the Medina and a quick cab ride to the city center. The family who owns it are very kind and helpful. Stayed in a double room with en suite bathroom. There’s a coffee shop, gelato, and a good casual restaurant, and two small markets less than five minutes away if you need something last minute. Glovo also delivers here. I travel through Tetouan often, so this will be my go-to when I need a place to stay.

The space was much bigger and more stylish than expected, so we had plenty of room, and access to different terraces and courtyard as well as internal seating area. We loved that the Riad was tucked away in the Medina. Ali, was amazing. He met us at the gates to the Medina and escorted us to the Riad, and then to a restaurant for dinner, and met us afterwards to guide us home. He was always available to help us and brought us breakfast. He was happy to act as our guide one day around the medina and helped us get a taxi and then a super taxi to get to Chefchaouen. Without him we would have been lost and hungry!

Everything was perfect; Location in the middle of nature, Room size and service. You will be lucky if you will have the chance to stay here. Everyone is helpful and will do their best to make your stay exceptional experience. The food was home made and very tasteful. They will help with transportation just ask them anything you need. The people are what made this Riad special. Badhr and his mother, Zohra, were very welcoming and friendly. They took excellent care of me when I became sick and had to stay on a few more days. I am so grateful for their kindness and concern.

Bright double room with excellent sound-proofing whilst close to medina and various amenities. Younes as a host was so accommodating and friendly, Karima as the house cleaner was extremely kind and smiley. Cleanliness was maintained throughout and the mountain view from the rooftop is something else. It’s so grounding! Love that the accommodation is close to coffee shop, French pastry shop, dentists, nail salons, grand taxi stops, ah many more!

Es el lugar perfecto para quienes viajan solos, ya que los demás viajeros son muy amigables y es fácil hacer nuevas amistades. Lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue el personal, en especial la mujer de la cocina, que es un verdadero encanto. Siempre atenta y amable, te hace sentir como en casa. ¡Y su mascota es adorable! Definitivamente un lugar que recomendaría a cualquiera que visite la ciudad."
