The house is a 110 years old, British structure with high beam ceilings. It is located near the city town by tuktuk, 25 minutes walk to the lovers leap waterfall. After a long train ride from Colombo, booking this homestay is the most wise decision i did! The house is super clean and quiet. The room is so spacious and smells amazing! Bath towels and warm blankets are there. The bathroom is super clean and there’s a hot shower which very amazing as the weather here is cold! The owner are supeeeer kind, he give a tuktuk ride and tea factory tour with a very reasonable price . By the way he can pick you up from the train station with a very fair price plus he’ll keep stopping every beautiful view to explain the place and let you indulge the beauty of their town. The wife prepared the breakfast and it is super delicious! I highly recommend this for family or group of friends! Worth every penny!

Thuvaraga Inn está en Nuwara Eliya, a 3,7 km de Lago Gregory y a 11 km de Hakgala Botanical Garden. We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the guesthouse. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated – really comfortable. The owner was extremely kind and gave us great advice about nearby restaurants. He was also very helpful with practical tips, especially regarding the train. His suggestion to board the train one station earlier to secure a seat was absolutely brilliant. We truly enjoyed our stay in Nuwara Eliya. Highly recommended!

Superior place to stay. And perfect for exploring the tea fields, like walking Pekoe trail. The host is super friendly and can provide every need. The food is amazing.

An absolutely delightful stay, our host Rajith and his family went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. His suggestions to places we should check out and trek to were spot on. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and if you're planning on a trek you can request for an early breakfast. We highly recommend this place. We had a large room and the bathroom was outside the room but It was absolutely fine and comfortable. Thanks again Rajith and your family for your hospitality.

Las vistas son preciosas, la localización cerca del inicio de la ruta de ascensión a Adams Peak. Los anfitriones muy amables y con mucha hospitalidad. Te explican todo perfectamente.

Lavendra Guset House se encuentra en Nallathanniya, a 3 min a pie de Pico de Adán y a 31 km de Hatton Railway Station. Large clean rooms with large bathrooms! Nice hot pressure water with a large bar of soap provided. Super friendly and helpful host who can answer any questions about hiking Sri Pada and transport logistics after. So so close to the start of the Sri Pada trail head. Delicious Sri Lankan and western breakfasts. Close to everything you need. Love the cute cat and fishes! I’m glad we stayed in Dalhousie, has a festive vibe because of the pilgrimage.
