Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. The room was clean and larger than expected. The bathroom was very nice. Was allowed to check in out of office hours and was given great instructions to do so. Property is in a great location close to restaurants and La Spezia station so great for explored Cinque Terre.

The host is very helpful and responds very fast to any requests. Is is very clean. The bed is really comfortable. Great value for money.

We found ourselves in an emergency situation at 9 PM when another accommodation refused to check us in. In a moment of panic, we booked this room in under five minutes, and the host welcomed us with incredible kindness and efficiency. Within moments of our arrival, we were comfortably checked in, and all our worries melted away. The room itself was absolutely perfect—thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from water, tea, and coffee to a toothbrush, disposable flip-flops, and other essentials. Every detail was considered, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. To top it all off, after check-out, the host went above and beyond by messaging me to let me know I had forgotten some clothes. He even offered to send them back to my home! Such kindness and generosity are rare to find. He is truly the most hospitable and caring person I have met in La Spezia. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a genuinely kind host, look no further—this is the place where you want to stay.

Beautiful views from the windows and balcony, and close to all the shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here. Really appreciated the mini fridge, espresso machine, and supplies. It was quite warm while we were there, so the A/C had to work hard, but it managed. Loved the updated bathroom and option for self-check-in!

Keta is such a welcoming host. Communication was very efficient and she provided clear instructions for check in. The room is very elegant modern and comfortable. Everything was perfect and we felt at home.

Located in La Spezia, 500 metres from Castello San Giorgio, Bea Affittacamere provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. It is set 29 km from Carrara Convention Center and offers a lift. The room and the apartment were nicely renovated, the bathroom was big enough. As we arrived early, the host allowed us to check in early. We were very happy about this as we could drop off our luggage. We also received a small welcome gift. The accomodation is in a walking distance to the railway station.
