A recently renovated property, Center Rooms La Spezia is set in La Spezia near Castello San Giorgio, Technical Naval Museum and Amedeo Lia Museum. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! We found ourselves in an emergency situation at 9 PM when another accommodation refused to check us in. In a moment of panic, we booked this room in under five minutes, and the host welcomed us with incredible kindness and efficiency. Within moments of our arrival, we were comfortably checked in, and all our worries melted away. The room itself was absolutely perfect—thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from water, tea, and coffee to a toothbrush, disposable flip-flops, and other essentials. Every detail was considered, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. To top it all off, after check-out, the host went above and beyond by messaging me to let me know I had forgotten some clothes. He even offered to send them back to my home! Such kindness and generosity are rare to find. He is truly the most hospitable and caring person I have met in La Spezia. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a genuinely kind host, look no further—this is the place where you want to stay.

Beautiful views from the windows and balcony, and close to all the shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here. Really appreciated the mini fridge, espresso machine, and supplies. It was quite warm while we were there, so the A/C had to work hard, but it managed. Loved the updated bathroom and option for self-check-in!
