As room comes with no breakfast, she made sure room is stocked up with cookies she bought in case we needed a bite

Apt was very nice and very clean, about 2 km from Piazza Maggiore, but easy way to walk there. Staff was very helpful, answered quickly, helped us to store our luggage in our room before check in time (subject to the vacancy, there is no luggage storageroom in the building) and gave good restaurant tips. Exellent price/value.

She stayed in touch with us the entire time, helped with every question we had, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She even offered us complimentary coffee and croissants for breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch.
