Gorgeous guest house with incredible staff, comfortable beds, VERY clean rooms, great showers, good snacks and drinks 24/7. No detail was spared. I traveled with my mom, who is very particular, and she was RAVING about how wonderful this guest house was throughout the rest of our trip.

Our stay was short but absolutely great. The location of the place is very convenient, 20 minute walk from the train station. The room was on the smaller side, but we didn't spend too much time inside anyway, so that wasn't an issue. The place itself is great, room is clean, the garden and the hostel territory is nice with a lot of shaded areas to spend time if it gets too hot. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, homecooked local food. If you're planning to go see the temples in and around the city, this is a great place to stay, absolutely worth the money.

Rolly i Lala ens han ajudat molt durant la nostra estància a Yogyakarta. Són super amables i acollidors. Ens van ajudar amb el tema de lloguer de motos fent-ho tot molt fàcil. També els contactes que tenen en diferents agències per visitar els temples de la zona han sigut molt acollidors i a preus molt competitius. Està ubicada al centre per visitar els diferents punts d'interès turístic de la ciutat. Esmorzars super bons, cada dia diferents i a la hora convinguda. Si tornem a venir a yogya no tindrem dubte de on anar. No és pot demanar més pel preu que té.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of mountain, Blue Garden Yogyakarta is a recently renovated guest house located in Yogyakarta, 11 km from Museum Sonobudoyo. The place was really beautiful. All the staff is very nice and was very attentive, they propose a lot of services that will make easy all your trip in Yogyakarta and the area. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Hardly recommended.

Situated just 3.6 km from Museum Sonobudoyo, Villa Sambal features accommodation in Yogyakarta with access to free bikes, a garden, as well as a shared kitchen. A very nice and quiet house down a small alley away from the main street. Jalan Prawirotaman is close by where one can find nice eateries. Very friendly owner, Herni, who also conducts cooking class. Guest are welcomed to use the kitchen. (Just need to clean up after use.) On the day of my arrival, I was invited to partake tasty food from the cooking class. Coffee, tea and snacks are made available to guests. Single room is clean and pretty cosy. Bed is comfortable and aircon is really cool. There isn't any problem with wifi connection. Jalan Malioboro, Taman Sari and the Kraton are just a short grab ride away should one do not wish to walk in the heat. Would definitely stay at Villa Sambal if I were to visit Yogyakarta again.

Beautiful Javanese cottages in the suburbs of Yogya in a tranquil setting. I loved the attention to detail, in regards to the accommodation and the service. Musa and the team were great. I came for 3 nights and ended up spending a week!Great for anyone preferring a more tranquil setting, but not too far from town,.
