Situated in Pulau Mansuar, Nyande Raja Ampat provides accommodation with seating area. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. This is by far the best accomodation we've been in the area. Resort style facilities without the high resort price tag or crowd. It's more expensive than a homestay but the price difference is definitely worth it if you want comfort or a beautiful accomodation. We stayed in the overwater villa and it was great, very clean, wifi, electricity, felt just like being in a 4 star hotel. Staff is very friendly, excursions great and they are very helpful with anything that you need. Reef is amazing (lots of fish, turtles, moray and occasional black tips and white tips), overall a 10 out of 10 experience.

Paparisa Homestay is located in Kri. Situated on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area, a garden and a terrace. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Paparisa homestay was amazing! Rio and his Team are taking really good care that everyone has a lovely stay and help where they can to arrange transportation or daytrips or diving. The bungalows are very clean, spacious and well equipped. We even had our own bathroom which is definitely a luxury on the island! Overall a great place to relax and enjoy the island life. The Food was also very good and there was also lots of variety, even though I am vegetarian :) Definitely one of the best places to stay in raja ampat!

Located in Saonek and only 2.7 km from Waisai Torang Cinta Beach, Raja Ampat Family Guest House provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. New & very clean. Great view of the sea from on high. Nice deck to sit at. Steven, a staff member, helps with whatever you need. The drink water has a hot & cold spigot. Cold water a treat in the tropics.

Situated on the beachfront in Waisai, Coco Huts Guest House has a private beach area. The property features sea and mountain views. This is a ocean front property with sunset views! The best is large and comfy. The family are absolutely lovely and will do anything to help you! The food is delicious and so fresh. We did a snorkelling trip with the family to an incredible reef and sand bar. Highly recommend!

Situated in Saonek, within 1.3 km of Waisai Torang Cinta Beach, Raja Ampat Sandy Guesthouse offers accommodation with air conditioning. The homestay owner contactes us prior to our arrival to check if we were finding our way (they also offered a taxi pick-up at the harbour) and welcomed us with open arms. The homestay has a nice small garden where we had breakfast. The owners also helped us to arrange our taxi next morning

The owners were extremely helpful with organizing trips, answering questions, giving advice on places to stay. The breakfasts were always delicious and varied. They were very knowledgable about the region and were well connected. They arrainged a good scooter at a fair price. A great first landing spot off of the ferry from Sorong. I have already booked my second stay when back from the outer islands to prepare for the return ferry trip. International travelers will be happy here.

Facing the seafront in Kri, Gibran guest house has a private beach area and a garden. The property features sea and mountain views. Julia and MImi are the girls volunteering and they made the home stay the best home stay in all of raja! We heard horror stories of other tourists who had gone somewhere else and then come to Gibran and said Gibran was the best! These girls organised a day trip for us every day, took us snorkelling, swimming, island hopping every day!! They showed us all the fish, mantas, whales, orcas & sharks This was my favourite trip ever, and the girls made it 100% The accomodation huts are really nice and comfy, and the food was top notch! I will 100% be back for Julia and Mimi! The house reef is so nice, saw turtles, sharks all the fish every day! Even the dugong!!! So many stars , clean water, food, showers and a toilet !

Offering sea views, Amfriwen Homestay in Yennanas Besir offers accommodation, a private beach area and a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. I booked 8 days here. I went diving for three days on the Pulau Gam and snorkeled daily on Friwen. They are about a 10 mins boat ride. The Homestay is rustic. There are two beds covered with mosquito net. They are totally fine but somehow one would get in every night. It’s an island at the equator, there are mosquitoes. Also geckos! That’s part of the adventure. The room has an interior slide lock and there’s a clipping lock with a key for locking when you’re away. Honestly I never locked my place. The island seems very safe. Kids playing, most of the folks on the island are involved in tourism, though they don’t speak much English. It wasn’t an issue. I traveled solo and spent most afternoons in the hammock, reading, writing or napping. The food was amazing, delicious, the cook is very sweet and calls you to breakfast, lunch and dinner. The fresh fish is caught daily. Vegetables and rice, very delicious and all included. Large quantities. Box lunches are available if you are diving all day. Bananas are snacks. Unlimited instant coffee, tea, hot water. The island is stunning. Sunsets amazing. The reef has more life to see while snorkeling than most places (Europe, Caribbean, US, Latin America) have to see while scuba diving! I saw turtles, squid, dolphins playing, reef sharks and millions of coral. A not about cash and other fees: you will need ~140,000 to take a ferry from Sorong to Waisai. Then you’ll need 600,000 to ride each way from Waisai to Friwen (this can be divided with others, provided there are other riders.). On Waisai, you’ll have to buy a Marine Park pass and an entry pass, in total 1,000,000. So you’ll need around 2,250,000 in cash (be prepared bc the pass can be purchased online, or card but sometimes their system is down and you have to pay cash). In Sorong airport there are four ATMs, most of them don’t work well. There are ATMs on Waisai but you have to ride a motorcycle to them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
