Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

The room was a nice size with a balcony. Nicely provisioned with coffee, drinks and toiletries.Fantastic location in the city. Able to walk every where. Marie our host was very informative and helpful when checking is in. Only thing to note is Zadar is a lively city at night and you can hear music outside. New windows helped with noise and did not bother us much. Most music ends around midnight. I would highly recommend this place.

We were in Zadar just for a weekend. The owner Irena is very nice person. She explained everything, she told us where to go for breakfast, what bars and places to see and what to skip. The apartment house is well located, just a few steps (5 min) walk from the beach.
