Andrea was so helpful and it was a convenient location for us to stay in as we were leaving via ferry the next day. My wife was sick with food poisoning at the time and Andrea continued to check up on us and give us recommendations for pharmacies/hospitals if we needed it. She also allowed us to check in half an hour lately which was really helpful and to leave our bags behind on our checkout day until it was time for us to leave.

Very nice place. Especially Vesna at the reception was very polite and helpful as I logged myself out and she supported me in the evening. As I arrived she came within 10 minutes to check me in. I call this an outstanding service. I can really recommend the place including the breakfast at the closeby Hotel. You can easily go with the bus to the old town. As you can see from the street the Cruiseships you should go to the old town if no ship is around. Check as well the winery around the corner. Lovely personal as well and interesting local wine. Try the sherry.

Marija was super helpful and responded to us very quickly. She made us feel welcome and very comfortable. The aircon was amazing and the shower was exactly what I needed it to be. Enjoyed the view and the convenience of catching the bus a few steps away.

The location is just outside of Pile gate and away from the hectic noise/tourists but still close enough it’s a 2 minute walk from all restaurants and shops etc. It overlooks “blackwater bay” from Game of Thrones if you’re a fan. We stayed in the highest room which overlooks the water, you can hear the waves and the floor below has a cute little patio for a morning coffee. Andrea, the hotel manager is exceptional. She went out of her way to make my husband’s birthday special, decorating our room while we were out, messaging me back quickly on arrangements for a driver to and from the airport and various other requests. She gave great recommendations and ensured the room was cleaned everyday. The hotel isn’t licensed to serve breakfast but they have a cute snack bar downstairs with water, coffee/tea, yogurt, fruit etc to grab and go as you please. The hotel seems to have been newly renovated and has excellent hot water for showers, a safe in the room, comfortable bed and felt very safe. There is a lovely restaurant called Dubravka 1 minute walk up the steps near the hotel and a grocery shop across the street, with taxi and bus options at your doorstep if you need to veer out. If you’re looking for a peaceful oasis whilst still being close to all the main attractions and meeting points in Old Town, look no further!!

Veramente a due passi dall'aeroporto, con nemmeno cinque minuti di cammino siamo arrivati in questo alloggio che è apparso subito nuovo e accogliente. Bagno con doccia ampia e comoda. Alla fine della strada dove è ubicato c'è anche un comodissimo bar ottimale per la colazione. I proprietari li abbiamo conosciuti la mattina in quanto arrivando in tarda serata con l'aereo ci avevano lasciato la chiave dentro l'alloggio. Lo consiglio assolutamente per la comodità dell'ubicazione!
