With mountain views, this accommodation provides a terrace and a swimming pool. This 4-star guest house offers private entrance. Nicos is a fantastic host! He greeted us upon arrival, showed us around the suites, and explained everything in detail. Throughout our three-day stay, he was always available via WhatsApp and the booking messenger. Although we didn't purchase breakfast (they offer two types), we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast on our first morning. Nicos provided us with a comprehensive list of nearby beaches, cafes, restaurants, and beautiful places to visit. The suite was wonderful, featuring two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the pool (which is perfect for children). We enjoyed relaxing there with a cup of tea every evening.

At the guest house, some units are soundproof. Wow, beautiful apartment with breathtaking views. Situated about 450 mts from the centre it was an easy walk. The apartment was well appointed with kitchen and dining area, large bedroom and beautifully renovated bathroom. The large terrace has views over the gulf of Messinia, so pretty. The little extras made all the difference, such as the large clothes drying rack and lovely bath products. Our host Adonis was super friendly and informative. He gave us a lovely bottle of white wine, which we enjoyed on the terrace. Would highly recommend these beautifil self contained apartments.

Perfect cleanliness everywhere: in the room, in the courtyard, near the pool. Beautiful view from the balcony, comfortable bed, very good water pressure in the shower. Every day room cleaning. Very good breakfast with sea view. We asked for early breakfast and Dmitry organized it for us. Good Wi-Fi throughout the whole territory of the hotel. Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, sea view and a terrace, Mitso's House Mani is situated in Exochori. This guest house offers free private parking and luggage storage space. The property is non-smoking and is set 40 km from Municipal Railway Park of Kalamata. This place is exceptional, quiet and picturesque. We were very pleased to pull up to it and see it was every bit as nice as the pictures. Jim, the owner, is delightful and is happy to pass on his wealth of local knowledge. Jim is in the main house next door but makes every effort to be just about invisible, never heard him and when we did see him it was always us instigating any longer interactions as Jim clearly likes to respect the sanctity of other people's holiday. The villa really has everything you need there and we would stock up and not leave for a few days at a time. The pool is lovely and kept clean, it's about 5ft deep which is ideal. Sun loungers, parasol and table & chairs poolside are all of a nicer quality. Jim was clear that we should arrange the patio/pool area however we like as it's our area, only time he was ever round that side was for patio cleaning/pool maintenance and the only time we ever crossed paths he shouted around first to ensure he wasn't accidentally invading anyone privacy. Panorama restaurant which is just down the road was great and frequented mainly by locals which was nice to not feel like a tourist trap. We will definitely be looking to return!
