Tbilisi International Airport is 83 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Owners were absolutely lovely. It was quiet and calm, the yard and the room with the fireplace were beautiful and it was nice to just sit and relax and read books. I took a tour from them as well. I went to two vineyards.

Very moden new built guesthouse in Upper Omalo which offers big clean rooms with a private bathroom, hot water shower, very comfortable bed, warm blanket in a wonderful location. Good WiFi, free coffee and tea, luggage storage , nice social atmosphere. There is a big terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and a common room where you can spend your time when you decide to have a lazy day instead of exploring wonderful Tusheti. The owner family is extremely friendly and helpful, great breakfast and dinner on demand and lots of information and help available. Ask them to help you to arrange your transport to and from Alvani, it will save you a lot of time and you will be taken care of by safe and friendly drivers for a very competitive price. Definitely at the moment one of the best places to stay in Omalo and definitely incredible good value for the rather low room rate. Stayed here several times during my longer visit of Tusheti and are looking forward to coming back soon.

He did everything possible to make our stay a wonderful experience, including preparing a fabulous Georgian meal one night. The other night, he drove us to the restaurant. At the guest house, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. The view is perfect. The room was ok but Accessibility is very good because it’s the first hotel of the city. The balcony is really good and if you want to take walk to st. Nino cathedral it’s really close. Just 20 mins walking. Tamara, the lady owner, was really kind to us.
