I stayed at this hostel and really enjoyed it. The kitchen is small but fully stocked — you can easily cook anything, from pasta to something fancy if you’re feeling ambitious. The staff were fantastic: friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. There are two bathrooms, which was totally enough — no morning lines or hallway crowding. Free laundry was a huge bonus, especially when your clothes start smelling like “adventure.” There’s also a cozy common room — a great place to eat, work, or just chill. The location is right in the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance — shops, cafes, and attractions. Important for drivers: I came by car, and access to the courtyard is through a barrier gate. Be sure to let them know in advance that you’re driving so they can open it for you. I didn’t, and had to improvise a bit 😄 P.S. The administrator is a legend — super chill, always smiling, and really helpful. And major respect to the owner — it’s awesome to have a place like this in Batumi, with good vibes and great people. Thanks for the warm and welcoming atmosphere!

The property is located 4.7 km from Batumi Train Station, 12 km from Gonio Fortress and 22 km from Petra Fortress. Kobuleti Train Station is 27 km away and Batumi Mosque is 1.9 km from the homestay. I booked a room for me and mom. The rooms were really neat and smelled so good! The toilets were clean - there was hot running water, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is common for all, and is rarely used by everyone and well maintained. The owner of the property, Ms Marita, I believe, was so accommodating. She didn’t speak English but was super patient with us, kind, and I would love to see her again. Overall I didn’t feel like checking out from the property at all.

One of the best, rooms bit small but super clean, bed mattress very comfortable, water pressure and temp is super, the hosts Saso and Shushana are very nice and freindly 🌹. and special thanks to their son (Rudi) he speaks english very well and helped us with every thing during our stay. A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

The room is spacious and clean. The family is very friendly. And the location is perfect: quiet and close to the beach.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house has family rooms. There were some hairs on the bed sheet (seems like from previous client). I asked them to change and they responded promptley and brang a new duvet set.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Guest House Sunrise is situated in Khulo. The property has mountain and lake views. The guest house features an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. the living room has a great view and we felt like at home with extra service. Dinner and breakfast was fantastic and even with language barrier we had a great evening with backamon. Also when other guests arrived we had a good talk with them.
