It was in a quiet location with all the amenities you could need, including a fabulous restaurant. The staff were amazing and the decor beautiful.

My sister and I stayed for 4 days whilst in town for a tough family event. We were so impressed with the location, rooms and food. All were excellent. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and so comfortable. We already booked to go back again later in the year. This is definitely one place not to miss if you want a get away of want to stay in the area.

It’s such a beautiful place with a very warm hearted host. The room is also very spacious. We had a very good time, and will surely use the same apartment next time we visit Sunderland.

Rebecca, the host, is so amazing! So kind and concerned about well-being of her guests! We had a wonderful room with enough space, there would have also been a common room for all guests if needed. Everthing is clean and it feels like coming home - or even better. Cosy, filled with love for every detail. Breakfast is self done by Rebecca, I had a full vegan Scottish breakfast. Vegan options are unusual in Germany, so I'm very grateful for getting them here. After all, hope I will have the chance for another visit, thank you very much for this time.

This stunning mansion set in 4 acres of award-winning gardens is situated on the edge of the Northumbrian countryside, yet only 10 minutes' drive from the Newcastle city centre. Room was so clean and fresh, also bathroom was clean, comfortable bed. Just left to do your own thing. Definitely be going back and will highly recommend
