The property was clean, the rooms big, bed comfortable, even though it was near a road you didn’t hear the traffic, the service was kind and professional. The staff spoiled my dog with pets and even a sausage for breakfast! The breakfast was delicious.

Housed in a historic building, No.16 offers accommodation with water sports facilities and free WiFi in Seaham, 600 metres from Seaham Beach. Location was just a short walk from the beach and close to lots of good restaurants and cafes. The beach is an excellent location for collecting sea glass. The room was superb, clean, warm (as we visited during Winter) with tea and coffee making facilities and an excellent rainfall shower. It is an unmanned hotel but the access instructions we received on the morning were easy to follow. I was able to communicate with the property via text when I had a question. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, 4 Canon Lane is situated in Chichester, 500 metres from Chichester Train Station and 300 metres from Chichester Cathedral. Everything was perfect, only minor comment is the tiny ironing board which was not practical to use
