There were a lot of attention and care in all aspects, food quality and presentation, decoration and overall peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It felt we were in a world apart, where people care about you, they are attentive to you and your needs. Eric and Jo were fabulous hosts discreet and yet super efficient and caring. We loved the pain perdus, they were as good as my grandmother's ones. I have food allergies, they did not dismiss them on the contrary. It was the perfect long weekend, just what we all needed. Well equipped and very clean room. Superb breakfast. Beautiful vieuws and surroundings. Hope we are in the neighbourhood again soon, so we can revisit.

El alojamiento está a unos 33 km de Plopsaland, a 43 km de Estación de metro St. I had a room in the hotel's recently upgraded Guesthouse. Breakfasts were in their popup restaurant whilst the main hotel and restaurant is being upgraded. The food was excellent, and the room (No 8) was excellent too. All of the hotel's facilities are either in, or just off, the main square, making access to Talbot House, the Hop Museum, etc, all within very easy walking distance. The Hotel de la Paix is a family run business, and the owner and staff are all friendly and helpful. My group has stayed with them many times in the past, and hopefully will continue to do so in the future.

It is a wonderful experience to spend a night in a historical building. The accommodations were surprisingly comfortable and the staff was top notch. The beds were excellent--I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn more about a safe space during a ghastly war.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfy and the outdoor space including the large garden was accessible and beautiful. Sylvie and Erik were lovely hosts and made a delicious french breakfast.

The gardens are beautiful and well-maintained. We were treated to a warm welcome and a fabulous breakfast the next morning. Enjoyed every moment!
