This is an amazing place in the beautiful Hakone mountains that we will for sure once visit again. There are restaurants and shops in a walking distance. We got a cosy, clean, comfortable and spacious room that we liked it very much! The owners are wonderful people that do everything to make your stay pleasant. They are super helpful in anything you might need or ask. Navigating their guests in the Hakone area is something they do with love and even we stayed only one night we could still manage to enjoy the different sides of Hakone. Since it started raining when we were checking out, the owner offered us a ride to our next destination. This is one of the best accommodation experiences I have had and I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Hakone.

The property is a Japanese-style guest house, tastefully furnished. You sleep on tatami in your room and the common areas (bathroom and kitchen) are extremely clean. You can request breakfast upon check-in. The staff is extremely friendly. Both the indoor and outdoor onsen are very pleasant and available to guests (you can book them on site). If you happen to be there during the cherry blossom season, the outdoor onsen is amazing! There are also several restaurants near the property, which is a 15-minute bus ride from Gora. Excellent value for money and totally recommended as an authentic Japanese experience!

Really good solution in Hakone, close to railway and bus station. The bed is comfortable and silent, also in the big dormitory, the staff is available for any need. Definitely recommended.

①Convenient Location - The bus stops to travel around Hakone are very close to the hostel at just 1-3mins walk. I could access all major spots in 30-45mins. - There's a conbini, supermarket and great local restaurants nearby at <5-10mins walk. ②Neat rooms and excellent bar - The double room was quite spacious. It was private and silent while I stayed. - Although the shower/washroom is shared, it was always very clean & hygienic. - My highlight was the in-house bar. The bartender and owner were great company, provided excellent service and the finest cocktails. They have an excellent selection and taste in whisky and gin, probably the best in Hakone. ③The owner and his team is very friendly and kind - Their guidance & support about local spots is excellent and definitely made my trip very fulfilling! - The check-in, check-out and other services were very smooth and quick! totally hassle-free.
