The room was clean and larger than expected. The bathroom was very nice. Was allowed to check in out of office hours and was given great instructions to do so. Property is in a great location close to restaurants and La Spezia station so great for explored Cinque Terre.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! We found ourselves in an emergency situation at 9 PM when another accommodation refused to check us in. In a moment of panic, we booked this room in under five minutes, and the host welcomed us with incredible kindness and efficiency. Within moments of our arrival, we were comfortably checked in, and all our worries melted away. The room itself was absolutely perfect—thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from water, tea, and coffee to a toothbrush, disposable flip-flops, and other essentials. Every detail was considered, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. To top it all off, after check-out, the host went above and beyond by messaging me to let me know I had forgotten some clothes. He even offered to send them back to my home! Such kindness and generosity are rare to find. He is truly the most hospitable and caring person I have met in La Spezia. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a genuinely kind host, look no further—this is the place where you want to stay.

The room and the apartment were nicely renovated, the bathroom was big enough. As we arrived early, the host allowed us to check in early. We were very happy about this as we could drop off our luggage. We also received a small welcome gift. The accomodation is in a walking distance to the railway station.

Excellent new private rooms. These are brand new with great facilities. The owner was easy to contact about dropping our bags early and was really nice. The location is right next to the train station too 🙂

Every single detail is perfect. This is next level. The person who made this either is very intelligent or has education in tourism. Sparkling Clean, comfy. But then it gets better: - Each side of the bed can turn on or off the main light - That's the level of detail - You've got everything you need. Everything. - There's a lovely balcony - The area looks nice Don't even bother staying anywhere else in La Spezia and I do really mean it.
