the breakfast at the little cafe next door was a really nice addition. We stayed with young kids and they provided a cot. The free parking is a short walk, but excellent that it is included.

Room ( and actually almost a suite without a cushion), was quirky, comfortable, quiet, well furnished, unique, just a few steps off a piazza in centre of old town. Owner was helpful and available but not intrusive. Owner brings breakfast on a tray in the morning at a time that guest requests.

The hosts were extraordinarily friendly and we really enjoyed our stay there. The location is very good as the place is in the center of Arcisate and beside the train station. The garden is beautiful.
