Absolute cleanliness in the room. It was super clean and tidy. The heating was warm and the bed comfy. I like that the owner Andrea texted me before we arrived and sent video instructions. The room was 2 blocks from the trains and 15mins walk to the sea and pier. La Spezia has a surprisingly cosy city centre where you can see all sorts of shops, a great place to stopover to explore the Cinque Terre.

The room and the apartment were nicely renovated, the bathroom was big enough. As we arrived early, the host allowed us to check in early. We were very happy about this as we could drop off our luggage. We also received a small welcome gift. The accomodation is in a walking distance to the railway station.

A real jewel in the heart of La Spezia - in the central area of ​​the city and close to the port and the train station. Lovely room with beautiful accents like wooden ceiling beams and stone wall, comfortable bed, amenities in the bathroom, elegantly furnished and very clean. I was put in one of the new rooms which was much better than the one in the photos. I didn’t have a balcony but I preferred this room and the bathroom was lovely. They even had USB sockets and Bluetooth mirror to play music whilst you shower.
