Rafaela was great! She supported me on wtsp 24/7. Instantly solved all my questions! Katya is so sweet, she cleans perfectly and copes with breakfast! I left her a tip, but she did not take it. I recommend taking a room with a jacuzzi! Great sea view and private courtyard. Clean, cozy pool. Everything is done with love! Good, private parking! Antonio brought fresh meat for my dog, I am a terrible driver! I recommend 100%! Dog extra 5 euros per day. Late check-out 50 euros, which is not that expensive considering the room category.

We had a great stay at the Villa Oteri. The owner are very kind and Courteous. Our room was clean and had a nice furnishing which is not a matter of course in Italy. There is a private parking spot for your car. The surrounded area is not overcrowded by foreign tourists, this make you feel like the real Italy. Thank you for having us!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at Shanti Rooms, Via Lucullo, Bacoli and couldn't recommend it more! The room itself was beautiful, modern, and perfect for a couple's getaway. The shower and sauna were a real highlight and made our stay feel extra special. Luigi, the owner, was absolutely fantastic so welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Even without a car, everything was convenient with a bus stop right outside the door connecting us easily to both Napoli and Bacoli. Luigi gave us excellent local recommendations, including ferry options to Ischia, and access to a beach club in Bacoli was even included The Bacoli area is stunning, with incredible views and landscapes that really made our trip unforgettable. Between the exceptional service, fantastic facilities, and beautiful location, Shanti Rooms is a hidden gem.

Our vacation at shanti apartment has only been wonderful. The service was extraordinary. They brought us an umbrella when the weather forecast predicted rain, welcomed us on the arrival and stopped by for the departure. They offered a bottle of prosecco which was already in the apartment. They were offering restaurant suggestions, helping with day trip bookings and daily sweets offered in the apartment. We have already travelled to many places but this experience was different. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. Bacoli is also a great place to stay, there are many sights to visit :)

Free secure parking. Very peaceful location, with a view of the terraces on the slopes of an extinct volcanic crater. The room was spacious and very clean. Owners, Luca and Guisy, welcomed us and were very accommodating. Very near a number of interesting sites including Baia (port, Roman ruins and scuba diving), Aragonese Castle - with a beautiful view over the Bay of Naples, the Piscina Mirabilis the largest Roman cistern in existence, used to supply ancient Rome's navy with water.
