The locality is so calm and peaceful and absolutely safe even to walk around all alone. The hosts are very sweet and helpful. Mr. John is a very kind and humble host and provides guidance about the places to eat, beaches and tourist attractions to visit, taxi and bike hiring - anything you ask ! His place feels just like home. They also have a very pretty and nicely maintained garden filled with a variety of flowering plants and trees.

Villa Khatun Guesthouse made me feel at home. The house is well located, close to the city but quiet (you can hear the birds). The room was clean and tidy. Could not have wanted more. Excellent service from lovely staff, always going the extra mile. The room was modern and comfortable, approx 15 minutes walk from the beach. Stunning beach and the quietest and cleanest in Goa. Local food is great with multiple choices of cuisine, at very reasonable prices. Thank you so much for our stay. Highly recommend.

The place is very calming, surrounded by palm trees. Very good localization, only 5-7 minutes on foot to the beautiful beach. Owner is super kind and helpful. He offered us coffee and nice chat. Room is spacious, AC works very good, there is everything you need for even longer stay. Very comfortable bed, good water pressure under shower.
