We spent Christmas here and we couldn't have picked a better place. Even before we arrived Lily and the gang made it easy by picking us up in Parapet. The lodge is new and comfortable with big rooms, fan and a wunderful view over the rice fields. All food was very good. Lily and Ishako arranged all our hikings as to our request and we loved it. And they were all so very welcoming and invited us to join with their friends Christmas party. This was one of our best stays in Indonesia. We can highly recommend everybody to stay here. We loved it, thank you, Lily & Ishako & Osaka!

After making the reservation, Alek - the owner of the accommodation - contacted me if I needed help with ordering a taxi and then brought me directly to the accommodation. The rooms here are clean, large enough and have a porch, where you can dry your laundry. On the way up to the room, you have a beautiful view of the river, where you can swim and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. This accommodation also has a restaurant, where they have excellent food for a low price. They will be happy to help you and advise you with anything, do not be afraid to contact them. I also did a jungle trek with Alek's team, which I highly recommend! Ian was a great expedition leader, the food on the expedition was varied and very good. The nature around here is also beautiful, I recommend staying here for several days and get to know the surroundings and the local people.

A beautiful spot just far enough from town to be quiet, but still an easy walk. Excellent food and wonderful service. Very comfortable. A perfect spot to discover Bukit Lawang and Gunung Leuser NP.

The place is a little bit outside the town and for me this is a good thing because it is very quiet and peaceful (they have a restaurant and provide water and free refill).

Best place in Sumatra. In the middle of the jungle, very cosy place to stay for enjoy the nature. There is river where you can swim, the food was very good and all the staff were very friendly, helpful and kindly. We did the 3 day 2 night trekking into the jungle with two amazing guide and we definitely recommend this experience. They know a lot about the jungle and they take care of you during all the trip. Thank you very much for making our stay an amazing moment.

Lovely spacious rooms with gorgeous balcony and view. Rooms were very clean with flushing toilets! Easy walk into town where there’s lots of restaurants and a supermarket. The owner and staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. We felt very safe and welcome here. They cooked us lovely banana pancakes for breakfast and a lovely lunch.

Breakfast was so good We do private jungle trekking for 3 days with them,Bayu has so much knowlodge about the jungle and medical plant and it was unforgotable EXPERIENCE nd definatly Comeback again They have other Guest House (Batu Kapal Guest House) which is a great place to stay and you can see wild Orang utan just next from your room We Highly reccomend this place Regards Linda and jay

Aca, the founder and soul of the project, is an inspiring man who has purchased 100 hectares of jungle outside the national park, in order to protect it from deforestation and the aggressive expansion of palm oil companies. Rama and the rest of the team were always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything. This place is truly one of a kind. No pollution, no stress — just pure peace and a deep energy that you can only find in places like this. We recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an authentic, life-changing experience deeply connected to nature. It’s not just a trip — it’s a gift for the soul.

Everything. Everyone involved in the accommodation and its services were so friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and engaged in talk so you feel very comfortable being there. Recently they opened their restaurant which serves amazing food so I had no need to eat elsewhere, plus canter for certain dietary requirements. Plus a beautiful garden to enjoy and 3 lovely dogs too.

We booked our stay with Jhony and went on a 2 days jungle trekking tour with him and Lana. The room at his place is nice, nothing luxury but all you need is there. And the tour itself was just amazing! He's a very good guide, can tell a lot of storys and the food they brought for us on the tour was extraordinary!! Can highly recommend this!!
