We loved everything! Very clean, spacious room. The most comfiest beds we had in a long time. Great bathroom, the kitchen and dining area is nice too and had all we needed. Perfect place for us. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming despite the language barrier.

The Host is realy relaxed and kind. The rooms are big and the beds comfortable. Amazing bathroom with hot rainshower. Beautiful house with little garden. Kirtchen for cooking and washing machine. Nothing to comlaine. We felt so comfortable in the house and the city that we stayed länger than planned!

Most comfortable bed during our trip in Georgia, the entire house is very clean. Irakli and his parents showed outstanding hospitality. We spent 2 rainy days in Sugdidi and had really nice evenings together with the best Chacha we tried during our trip. Basic russian is very helpful if you want to get in contact with them. I had read positive reviews about the Casa de Khasia, and they were certainly reflective of my experience. What amazed me is that almost the entire place is like a museum.... so many interesting and cultural artifacts to look at. And your host, Rusudan, is such a kind and knowledgeable person, and I was so impressed she returned to Zugdidi on my account as I was initially the only guest. I had booked a double room, which was very spacious, as was the ensuite bathroom. The bed was a little lumpy, but I had no problems sleeping well. Be aware that the neighbors have chickens, so you might get woken by a rooster. The breakfast which is provided is awesome and was always more than enough to eat. The neighborhood is nice and quiet yet within easy walking distance to the downtown core. I would definitely stay at the Casa de Khasia again!
