The location was not that far than I expected. The room and the bathroom were very clean and my friend liked it. The staff, Sylvia was very kind and she gave us a lot of information. It was very helpful for us to take a tour in the Edinburgh. Thank you so much for your help. I couldn’t leave the tip because I didn’t have the cash. Sorry about that!!

Nice large cottage with individual rooms. Private bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Additionally, there is a pleasant common reading room at the back of the cottage. Whilst on a busy road, we did not hear any noise from our room towards the rear of the cottage. There is a very nice pub 4 minutes up the road which does a variety of pub food. The facilities matched the price.

This property is the perfect value for money choice! Gives you everything you need, comfortable big bed, very nice bathroom, tea essentials! A bus station is right next to the hotel (1 min walk). There are also some other bus and tram stops, very close to the hotel 5-10 mins walk as an additional option for your transportation. In about 20 mins max you can be at the city centre (Princess Street),either with bus or tram due to the very frequent routes. Don’t be afraid to ask the people working there for information, they are very kind and they will do everything they can! They can guide you for some daily tours, places to eat, drink or visit in general!

The cottage where we stayed was delightful having all the amenities you could want. There was good side well appointed shower/wash room a very generous size lounge area, good bedroom and a very clever fold out kitchen. It was situated in a quiet location and the courtyard area was very pleasant with enough space for parking as well as benches to sit in the lovely garden. The owner made us and our Jack Russell Lottie very welcome and did not mind our dog being in the area outside our cottage.
