The accommodation was situated in the Center of Arromanches, with a very easy walk to the museum, restaurants on the water front and shops. The Manoir is full of WW2 artefacts and memorabilia and the owner Paul is a wealth of knowledge as is his lovely wife Anne. We stayed for breakfast with was huge, eggs, croissant bagatelles meats cheese coffee tea fresh fruits homemade jams….ect…..magnificent….

The owner , met me on my entrance to the property, he knew my surname and offered for me to see the room before payment . The property had such character and this is what I was after .

The owners are so friendly. They have taken great care to keep the house and gardens in immaculate and beautiful condition. The room for 3 persons was good enough with comfortable bed and it was spotless as well as the bathroom. Breakfast- astonishing!!
